Our steak (filet, red meat) uses only domestic female Wagyu beef.
Compared to bulls, cows are less greasy, but they also have
umami so you don't get tired of eating them.
We offer juicy steaks prepared with simple cooking methods
using an iron plate and a gas oven that have not changed since
our founding.
